DETERMINANTES DEL RENDIMIENTO DE STARTUPS BRASILEÑAS

Resumen

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo identificar la relación entre las variables que favorecen el desempeño organizacional de las startups brasileñas. La investigación fue desarrollada con las startups asociadas a la Asociación Brasileña de Startups (ABStartup). Para el análisis de los datos recolectados, se optó utilizar el Modelado de Ecuaciones Estructurales. Se identificó que la orientación hacia el mercado, a pesar de ser importante para las startups, no influye en el desempeño organizacional, sin embargo, influye positivamente en la capacidad innovadora de producto. Además, se verificó que existe una relación positiva entre la capacidad innovadora de producto y el desempeño organizacional.
