TRANSFORMAÇÃO ORGANIZACIONAL ENTRE 1990-2012 APARTIR BANCA INSTITUCIONAL COLOMBIANO E MUDANÇA ORGANIZACIONAL

Resumo

Os processos de transformação em organizações têm sido um assunto de especial relevância, particularmente desde a invasão em uma economia globalizada. Isso permitiu que as organizações para se adaptar ao seu ambiente para sobreviver e criar uma nova direção estratégica . Bancos colombianos tem sido um dos setores entre 1990-2012 tem sofrido grandes mudanças na dinâmica estratégicas e estruturais. Neste sentido, este estudo tem como objetivo identificar os elementos-chave da transformação organizacional dos bancos colombianos nos últimos duas décadas, dado pelos grandes mudanças que tem sido expostas e explicar como as organizações têm reagido a estas estrategicamente.
